Our history
Sett For Life was founded in 2020. We are regulated by Propertymark and are proud to display the ARLA and NAEA badges which recognise the high industry standards we provide to our customers every day.

As a remote business our team operates across the South of England alongside a trusted network of professional contractors. It has been our privilege to help hundreds of people find and enjoy award winning accommodation to call home. We use industry leading software to support tenants and our UK based team is on hand to help.

We set out providing build project management and consultancy services for HMOs and later expended to offer specialist HMO Lettings Management. We continue to work with a number of professional landlords offering a range of services from holiday and contingency cover through to bespoke management packages, consultancy and full management. We also offer the full suite of traditional lettings services for residential properties including houses and flats.
Following a number of enquiries we have also expanded into Property Sales. We can offer a range of services to support property owners and are pleased to offer free valuations. We know that selling your home can be a busy time but our hard working, qualified team will never be far away.
